Online Business: Our website contains several links to online store fronts in which you can purchase merchandise. Other then our store fronts, our website is just a source of information to tell you who we are. If you live within driving distance, feel free to contact us or come visit our showroom. If you are not in our area, you would be better served by a local distributor or a distributor who is internet sales focused. We are unable to serve any business located outside of the United States. Thank you for visiting our site.
Returns: All in stock merchandise can be returned for a full refund if unused and in original packaging for a full refund if within one year and original invoice is provided. Any shipping charges incurred for ordering something "in a hurry" will not be refunded. Any special order items that are returned are subject to manufacturer's restocking fees, and you will be charged accordingly. Special orders will also be charged a shipping fee for returning the merchandise to the manufacturer on top of any restocking fees that may apply. All returns are up to the discretion of our staff.
Defective Merchandise: Any defective merchandise will be replaced provided the problem is presented to our staff within a reasonable amount of time. As it is not common to receive defective merchandise, it does sometimes happen. Denney Electric Supply does not provide any expressed or implied warranty beyond what the manufacturers provide. We can't be responsible for any charges that may be incurred in replacing or installation of defective merchandise.
Payment: We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, and Check. We also provide credit accounts for builders, contractors, electricians, institutions, and businesses. Please contact us for a credit application if interested in opening a charge account.
